Delivery

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new look — and we don’t blame you!

• Standard Delivery: £5 via Evri, arriving in 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Free Delivery: Spend £60 or more and we’ll cover the shipping (because who doesn’t love a little freebie?).

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email once your parcel is on its way, complete with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Returns

We hope you adore your Styled By 2 pieces as much as we do — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Please note: return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your return and it meets the above conditions, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, or any items marked as final sale.
