Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to your bag, and head to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete — followed by a dispatch email with tracking info when it’s on its way.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, get in touch as soon as possible at shop@styledby2.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to amend or cancel it — but you can return it once it arrives (see below).

Delivery

Q: How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £5 via Evri, with a 2–3 working day turnaround.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Spend £60 or more and we’ll treat you to free UK delivery.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once it’s on its way, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Click & Collect

Q: Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! You can Click & Collect from our boutique at Studio 41, Curborough Craft Centre, Lichfield (WS13 8ES).
We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Q: Is there parking on site?
Yes — lots of free parking and plenty of lovely local shops and cafés to explore while you’re here. (We recommend Thyme Kitchen for brunch — it’s our favourite!)

Returns

Q: What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.

Q: How do I return an item?
Simply post your return back to us using a tracked service of your choice — return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Q: Can I return earrings or sale items?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings or any items marked as final sale.

Gift Cards

Q: Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Styled By 2 Gift Cards are available in £10, £25, £50, £100, and £250 denominations.

Q: How are gift cards delivered?
Instantly via email — perfect for last-minute gifts or treating someone from afar.

Q: How long do gift cards last?
Our gift cards don’t have an expiry date, so your lucky recipient can shop whenever the mood strikes.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes fit notes and sizing guidance. If you’re unsure, drop us a message — we’re always happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Q: Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our styles fit true to size, but where something runs smaller or more generous, we’ll note it in the product description.
